Cancellation policy:

For Local Orders:

Because our juices are made to order, we accept cancellation of orders at least 24 hours before the pickup time. Only in that case are we able to save the waste of natural juices. Juices cancelled after 24 hours will not be refunded.

To cancel your order, you must notify Nikita's Juice via a phone call or email 24 hours prior to your delivery date to receive a full refund for the order. After the 24-hour mark, customers are responsible for their orders and charged in full for the juices made in their order.

For Shipping Orders:

All sales are final once shipped. Shipping orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once they are placed. Nikita's Juices does not assume liability for orders once they are picked up by carrier. We cannot guarantee that orders will arrive by a certain date and cannot offer a refund for late orders. If you have questions or concerns about your shipping order, please email

Nikita's Juice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We cannot offer refunds as our products are perishable. See our Refund Policy for more information. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
